1. Where We Ship

Orders may dispatch from China, Hong Kong or available partner stock, depending on product availability and the most suitable logistics route.

Destinations outside the list above are not currently enabled for automatic checkout. Contact us before ordering with your country, city, postcode and product link. We will check whether an alternative delivery arrangement is available and advise any additional shipping cost.

Alternative delivery cannot be guaranteed until our team confirms it in writing.

2. Shipping Cost

For supported countries, standard shipping is included in the product price. The available delivery method should display as Free Shipping at checkout.

Free shipping applies only to the standard delivery service and supported destinations. It does not include import duties, taxes, customs charges or optional special delivery services.

3. Processing and Dispatch

• Most in-stock small and medium items are prepared for dispatch within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Large, heavy or oversized parts may require address, telephone and delivery-condition confirmation before dispatch.
• Orders placed during public holidays, major sales periods or supplier closures may require additional preparation time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Most international orders take approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the order-processing period.

Remote areas, customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather, carrier disruption and events outside our reasonable control can extend delivery time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

5. Oversized and Heavy Parts

Bumpers, roof racks, side steps, tire carriers, auxiliary fuel tanks, tow kits, suspension parts, underbody protection and similar items may require additional dispatch checks.

We may contact you to confirm address access, unloading conditions, packaging arrangements or a suitable telephone number before dispatch.

6. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage fees and other local charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless checkout clearly states otherwise. These charges are not controlled by Decision Maker 4X4.

7. Tracking and Delivery Issues

When tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details after dispatch. Tracking updates may take time to appear after a parcel is handed to the carrier.

If a shipment appears delayed, damaged or missing, contact us with your order number and delivery details so we can investigate with the carrier.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, postcode and telephone number. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.
