How do I know if a part fits my GWM Tank?
Check the product title, product description and vehicle notes carefully. If you are unsure, contact us with your vehicle model, year, drivetrain, trim and photos of the relevant area before ordering.
Do you support Tank 300, 400, 500 and 700?
Yes. Our store focuses on GWM Tank and related off-road upgrades. Some products are model-specific, so fitment must be confirmed before purchase.
Which countries do you sell to?
We currently support Russia, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain and Malaysia.

Orders currently dispatch from China, Hong Kong or available partner stock.
Is shipping free?
Yes. For supported countries, standard shipping is included in the product price and the checkout shipping method should display as Free Shipping where available.
How long does delivery take?
Most international orders take approximately 7-25 business days after dispatch. Remote areas and customs checks can take longer.
Do oversized products cost extra to ship?
For supported countries, standard shipping is included in the product price. Oversized products may still require address or delivery-condition confirmation before dispatch.
Which currency is used?
The store base currency is USD. Local currency display depends on Shopify Markets and the payment gateway available at checkout. If local currency conversion is unavailable, checkout may continue in USD.
Can I change my order after payment?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered packing or dispatch, we will try to help. Once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Can I return an item?
Eligible unused and uninstalled items can be requested for return within 30 days of delivery after approval. Non-quality returns require the buyer to cover return shipping.
What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, packaging photos and installation details if relevant.
