2. Store scope
Decision Maker 4X4 supplies GWM Tank 300, 400, 500 and 700 off-road parts, exterior accessories, interior accessories, recovery items, lighting, storage, suspension and related modification products for supported international markets.
3. Product information and fitment
We work to provide clear product titles, descriptions, photos and fitment notes. However, off-road parts may vary by vehicle year, trim, drivetrain, market version and previously installed accessories. Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before ordering. If fitment is uncertain, contact us before purchase.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the order information, delivery address, phone number and payment details are accurate. We may contact you for fitment or delivery confirmation before dispatch. We may cancel or refund an order if product availability, pricing error, payment risk, address issue or fitment uncertainty prevents safe fulfillment.
5. Pricing, currency and shipping
The store base currency is USD. Local currency display depends on Shopify Markets and available payment gateway support. For supported countries, product prices include standard shipping. Import duties, VAT/GST, customs fees, brokerage fees and local taxes remain the customer's responsibility unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Installation and use
Many vehicle modification parts require professional installation. Customers are responsible for safe installation, legal road use, inspection compliance and correct operation in their country or region. We are not responsible for damage, injury, failed installation, off-road impact, legal penalties or vehicle issues caused by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modification.
7. Returns and after-sales
Returns, refunds, transit damage, missing items and product quality claims are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
8. Website content
Product images, text, layout and other website content belong to Decision Maker 4X4 or our content providers unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce or use our content commercially without permission.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses related to shipping delay, installation, customs, product misuse or local legal restrictions.
