We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused items.

Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in original packaging with all accessories included. Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the product description, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, clear photos or video of the issue, packaging photos and any relevant installation details.

For non-quality returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any related customs or handling fees. For verified product quality issues or shipping damage, we will work with you on a suitable solution, which may include replacement parts, repair support, refund or return.

Installed, used, modified, painted, cut, wired, custom-order and electrical items may not be eligible for return unless there is a verified quality issue.

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a claim is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
